You’re invited to join our opening reception on November 5, 2021! RSVP’s are required.

Join us for the opening of a temporary installation of “Pride Publics: Words and Actions,” an immersive exhibition at Occidental College’s Intercultural Community Center, designed and curated by Rubén Esparza. The exhibition is on view from November 5 – 20, 2021.

An opening program will feature a live performance by Pau S. Pescador and readings from Rocío Carlos, Ani Cooney, and Irene Suico Soriano. Opening reception will begin at 5pm PT and the program will start at 6pm PT.

Location: The exhibition is located inside the Intercultural Community Center at Occidental College. The address is 1501 Campus Road, Los Angeles CA 90041. Street parking is available on Campus Road and Armadale Avenue.

This exhibition is installed indoors and the opening event will take place outdoors. For the health and safety of everyone, all guests must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and wear masks while indoors. This event will abide by all of Occidental College’s safety protocols and are subject to change, following LA County Public Health guidelines.
